  Disgusting service from management and scammed my credit card. I went through drive through 3 days ago and was charged twice with Paypass payment. I thought no probs I'll pop in the following day and sort it out, you would think that's simple enough.... WRONG!!!! I showed them my mobile banking app that clearly states 2 payments of same amount at exactly the same time. The Assistant Manager states she has to get my details and pass it on to Branch Manager. Two days later she calls back stating he has requested a copy of my bank statement. I advice her they have no right to request that, I have showed them the double ups on my mobile app. There's no way I want to pass on my personal bank statement to them and clearly no way I could have ordered 2 orders for exactly the same amount within 2 seconds apart!!! She states there is no double up on their system, well then explain how I was charged twice then. She refuses to assist any further so I request to speak to Branch Manager. She tells me she will not pass on those details. I advice her I have a legal right to speak to him. She still refuses and tells me to take it up with Head Office. I have never dealt with such a rude and obnoxious food store manager. The call arrived whilst I was at work and other staff heard her screaming at me through the phone. Absolutely disgusting and I will continue placing complaints wherever I can about this store until the Branch Manager man's up and deals with this complaint as he is hired to do.
